My background:
Male - 20 years old
Height - 189cm (6’2)
Weight - 86kg
Waist - 36in
Im currently running the bridge program to gain strength and muscle. That also means I’m eating at a caloric surplus of around 3000-3200 calories a day trying to hit 180g of protein, most of the time I’m hitting around 170-180.
My question is, when should I stop bulking? Is there a specific weight I should go for then stop and cut back down to other specific weight?
