Currently following a 4xweek program (assume it’s somewhat barbell-medicine inspired) from Alan Thrall (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQwSTDTs9nQ&t=827s).
I got really fat on SSLP a couple years back (like 43" waist). Then got my waist down and I’ve been holding it steady around 35" for a few months now at around 2500 cal, carbs/prot/fat based on To Be A Beast ratios.
I want to either cut or bulk now. I think you would say 35" should be the upper limit and I definitely shouldn’t start bulking at 35". If so, what do you recommend I get down to before I bulk? 32 or 33"?
My goal is just to be a pretty jacked, semi-lean guy.
