How should I breathe doing romanian deadlifts?

Should I hold my breath for the entire set? I tend to lose upper back tightness if I breathe at the top.

When you come around the thick ascending loop of Henle, I’d recommend binding to the sodium channel there and hold tight.

Drug mechanisms aside, I’d breathe at the top and reset each rep. If you’re losing tightness and it’s causing issue, I’d decrease the weight. You can’t hold your breath (likely) for sets with a high number of reps.
