How to Assess Weekly Volume?

Hey doc!

In the bridge, for the squatting movements we have a total of: 82 reps.

Of these: 52 are at least RPE 8.

30 are done < RPE 8.

Should we count sets w/ RPE 6 & 7 total towards weekly volume & hypertrophy?

Are the @7’s evened by those @9’s?

I would count all reps at ~ RPE 7 or above and do that consistently to get a decent volume barometer.
