I’ve been combining my barbell movements and GPP lifts on the bridge and it takes me close to 2hrs a day. Just wondering how long it takes people to get through there training?
I get Hypertrophy 3 day v2 done in about 50 to 75 minutes. That is no more than 3 minutes rest between working sets, little to no rest between warmups, and the earlier weeks are shorter due to less work sets vs later weeks as well as arm work ramps up over the program adding time. Day 1 is the longest workout as two competition lifts are done (squat and press), Day 2 is the shortest (competition bench) and Day 3 is between (competition deadlift).
Hypertrophy sessions took me 60-75 minutes. Bridge 2.0 takes me 60-90 minutes, with closer to 90 being the usual. Bridge 1.0 was about the same. That is not including GPP, but does include arm work.
Does that include cardio?
Bridge 2.0 with rest periods at 3 minutes and warmups at a the minimum effective dose I was in and out comfortably in 75-90 minutes depending on the day. Hypertrophy you should easily be able to get in and out in an hour.
