How long do the sessions tend to be for the 3-day and 4-day GPP Hypertrophy templates, respectively?

I recently completed the 3 day hypertrophy, and I averaged 77 for Mondays, 59 for Wednesdays, and 71 minutes on Fridays. This was with no more than 2 minutes rest for sets @7 or below, 3 minutes for sets @8 or above.
I didn’t track the GPP sessions, but they were well under an hour. 7 minutes each for back, arms, abs (no warmups really needed for that stuff), plus 20-30 cardio.
