Finished the 3 day gpp hypertrophy templet last week. Today back to the bridge. Should I follow bridge templet for gpp? Already used to doing 7 minutes of abs, chins but what about liss and hiit?
I would continue where you finished on Hyp, one LISS session about 30 minutes and one HIIT session about 25 minutes. You will have adapted and it will be fine to continue.
