Length of Workouts for 7 week GPP Hypertrophy Bias, and is it good while cutting?

Just wondering how long the workouts take for this program. I’m really considering buying it but I can’t do much more than 1.5 hrs on average per day. I’m interested in it because I need a program to run while cutting fat and I’m curious what others have experienced while running it in a caloric deficit. Thanks!

You’ll easily be able to complete everything in 1.5 hrs unless you take very long breaks. if you can’t keep it under 1.5 hours, do shorter breaks with a reduction in intensity if required.

An hour and a half should do it. Take 3 minutes or so between sets. I do the arm training on the off/GPP days. Jordan has said multiple times (if I remember correctly) he thinks it is fine choice for a calorie deficit.

I have run Hyp 3 day v2 while cutting and got the workouts done in about 70 minutes.

I am now doing Hyp 4 day while cutting and I am getting workouts 1 and 2 done in about 60 or so minutes and workouts 3 and 4 in about 40 to 50 minutes.

How would you rate or describe your experience with the Hyp4 compared to the Hyp3? I have the Hyp3 that I am starting next week, after having had a great run on the Bridge 3.0.

I like them both. I ran Hyp 3 day twice (the first was a bit broken up) but the second run was great. I kept all my strength and hit one PR, so that is cool, while losing 4-ish kilograms (9-ish pounds).

I am on week 3 of Hyp 4 day and at the moment I prefer the 4 day layout. Getting all comp lifts done on day 1 and day 2 is good which leaves day 3 and day 4 for higher rep variation stuff. I can only give a complete picture/view when I have completed the program, as the 1@8 workouts begin in week 5 and run through week 7. I am also running this on a caloric deficit as fat loss is the main goal at the moment.
