Hi Guys,
I’ve just had a look at week 12 of the strength program and I don’t understand what its asking me to do. It is completely different than the previous 11 weeks and I’m not sure what its asking.
Can you help interpret this for me?

Day one, work up to your first attempts (squat, bench, deadlift). Day two will be less weight (your last warmup) on squat and bench. No deadlift. Day 4 would be your meet, or if you aren’t doing a meet treat it like a meet and go for maxes (RPE 10) on squat, bench, deadlift.
