12 week Strength

This might sound like a really stupid question but on the 12 week strength week the 13th week is meet week correct? So I should start the program 13 weeks out not 12 weeks out right?

Yup. Week 13 is an optional taper week for those who will compete or do a mock meet. If you’re not doing those, you can skip it and move on to a hypertrophy block.
