In looking at week 1, day 1, of Hypertrophy 1 (3-day ver) I’m not sure whether the reps at RPE 8 are supposed to be a total of 3 sets, or 1 set followed by 2 (total 3 sets)
The text is 6 reps @ 8 RPE (79%) “x 2 sets”
I’ll be applying the answer to the rest of the template (I read and re-read and guessed it means 2 total for today)
