Hi. I’ve been running the Hypertrophy 2 program and I am on week 3 now. My question is, how much weight do I put to the bar on weekly basis? For example, my TnG Bench on week 1 was 85kg for 8@7, week 2 was 85x8@8, 87.5x8@8.5 and on week 3 its 87.5x8@8, 87.5x8@9 and 82.5x8@7.5. (All 3 weeks have had the exact same e1RM but the tonnage has increased from the added weekly set) Are we trying to accumulate more sets (near or at failure week) week to week or are we trying to see E1RM increases weekly?
