Hypertrophy 2 / Strength 3 , need to fill an extra week.

My original plan was to run Hypertrophy 2 followed by Strength 3 leading up to my next meet. But my meet date has changed and I now have an extra week to fill. I am currently on week 8 of Hypertrophy 2.

Suggestions?

I considered inserting a “moderate” stress week between weeks 1 and 2. Or perhaps I need to a week between programs, but what?

I would just repeat one of the earlier weeks in Strength 3 or later weeks in Hypertrophy 2. It’s not really a big deal given how far you are from the meet, so whatever you prefer.
