Hypertrophy I in 4 days/wk - Skip GPP or Roll Over?

I have 4 days a week to work out and I’m starting Hypertrophy I. Is it better to skip the second GPP day or roll the 5th workout into the following week?

Primary goal is to gain muscle mass… Arms need work, but I’m pretty lean, so I’m torn between the benefits of the second GPP versus the potential consequence/inefficiency of stretching the micro cycle out from 7 days to 9.

I’ve been lifting a few years and completed Bridge 1.0, PowerBuilding, and Bridge 3.0 all this year. Loved them all, with great results from Bridge blocks, but I would like to refocus on adding muscle mass and take a break from the PR chase.

Me: Male, 40, 6’, 175lb
1RM PRs: Press 150lb, Bench 225lb, HBBS 290lb, DL 350lb (all within past month)

I would just add the conditioning from the 2nd GPP day to the end of one of your lifting sessions and do each week as programmed :slight_smile:
