Week 6 Exercise 3 of Hypertrophy I is 12-rep pullups at various RPEs. With my home gym, I can’t do this–successfully completing 12 reps of bodyweight pull-ups is a banner day for me. What can I substitute for this exercise? I have a squat rack, barbell, plates, bench, etc.
Inverted rows are an option, although you could also break up the pull ups into smaller sets, or simply change the rep scheme based on your ability.

Austin Baraki, what do you prefer to do as a warm-up, before main process of training? Do you make exercises with ab wheel or chirp wheel, or something like that, for stretch up muscles? I prefer to warm my spinal muscles up, before any training time. You know what, I’ve heard a lot of positive comments about Chirp wheel, and people say that it really helps in getting the needed result as a simple pre-workout stretching and warming up. Nope, he just does the movement with lighter weights.
