Hello and welcome! You will likely be able to repeat the set with the same weight, yes. That is the goal. When you get the point in the programming that you have more repeats, you MIGHT find that by repeat set 3, you know heading into that that the RPE is creeping up and might be closer to @10. At that point, you should take a few percentage points off for the final set.
