Hello Doctors,
I was wondering if there was an effective way to force myself to learn how to make changes to my programming based off of indicators such as pain, strength gain/loss, etc. A radical idea would be to just go off of any pre-made program and just do my own thing and monitor the indicators. Right now, I think it would be kind of a rocky transition, but I feel like if I don’t take a hard-line approach, I’ll never develop the ability to make smart changes to my programming. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
