incorporating wrapped squat work in the 12 week strength program

As the title says I’m wondering how I would incorporate wrapped squat work into the 12 week strength program? I want to use it to peak for a comp sometime in the spring. I’m currently running the bridge v 1.0 right now for a 2nd cycle as I had some really good results with it the first time around. Thanks for all the hard work you guys and girls put in.

Probably start using wraps 6-8 weeks out from the comp if you’ve never used them before.

Thanks. I figured about 6 weeks out would be good. I have squatted with wraps previously. More specifically where in the 12 week strength program should I put wrapped work? In the comp squat spot or sub out one of the squat variations like paused or tempo?

If you’re going to compete with them, I’d do them as your comp squat.
