Injury during program

If I started the 12 week program in prep for powerlifting meet and get injured mid program, where do i continue once im healed?

I was in the 3rd week of the program and injured my lower back and took training a bit light til my back was fully healed, which took about 2 weeks for me to deadlift again pain free, the only problem is that since i stopped at week 3 of12 and the meet is now a couple weeks away where should I continue in the program?

Thanks for the post and for joining us here on the forum.

In a case like this I wouldn’t have stopped training, but rather decreased the load on the bar for the period of time necessary before you could return to training. I would have you continue the program as is right now or pick another meet further out and restart the plan.
