Thank you for the answer. So you would keep those kind of accessories for more advanced programming ? In what context do you personally use chains ?
I think they can be useful as an overload variation in more advanced programming for a short period of time, though I do not think this is universally the case either. I personally don’t get anything out of chains on deadlifts or press, but I think I have some data showing that my bench and squat respond reasonably well to it.
