Modifiying exercises for the Bridge 1.0

Hey guys. I am looking to run through the Bridge and I was wondering what your thoughts would be on adding in overload work? I was thinking of working my squat, its my weakest lift, and either doing banded squats instead of tempo squats or with the squats with belt. I was wondering if you would recommend this or had a better way of programming in the banded worked?

I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re running The Bridge for the first time, no.
