Is 1g TMG enough?

Just wondering since Peri-RX is dosed with 1g of TMG, is that enough to get the ergogenic and body composition benefits? I was under the impression that you needed to take 1.5-2.5g but I suppose that it doesn’t matter if saturation is the goal.

The typical dose we’re aiming for is 1g twice per day, which goes along with Peri-Rx’s dosing, as you take it twice per day.

Do you think 250-500mg would yield any ergogenic/body comp benefits? I find that I can’t tolerate TMG well, makes me irritable and gives me insomnia. Apparently it’s common (according to Google), something to do with overmethylation. 250mg is great for me though, I feel pleasant psychoactive effects but it probably won’t help lifting right?

I have not seen data suggesting that TMG influences methylation processes to any clinically significant effect, nor have seen data suggesting it causes insomnia, or is even psychoactive (except on reddit and with biohackers-lulz). Insomnia is quite common for adults and I’d be very skeptical of agreeing that TMG and insomnia are related. I also wouldn’t feel comfortable saying 250mg is beneficial, as there is not sufficient data on that dose to suggest that.
