Q1: To maximize muscle gains, I consume about 240 grams of protein a day with meals spread 3-5 hours apart. I am about 62, 200lbs, say 17% body fat. When I consume protein, is it better to have some carbs with the protein? Instead of just having whey protein, I could easily have whey and some oat meal. I typically only have just whey once a day to get to 240 grams of protein a day.
Q2: I take Peri Rx before and after my workouts. Sometimes, I break my workout into two sessions, one hour in the morning and 45 min or so in the afternoon. If I break my workout into two sessions, how would you recommend me taking the Peri Rx?
