Early last year I had surgery to reattach my bicep tendon to my forearm. I’m back to full strength after rehab and then doing beginner’s template, then powerbuilding, now hypertrophy.
My bicep now sits high and is more than one inch shorter, so I have a flat looking space between the inside of my elbow and the bicep.
Is there any way I can promote lengthening of the bicep through physical training? Is there a surgical course which would improve the look? I realize I have full function and surgery for aesthetic purpose may be foolish.
