I have been trying up until now to get all of my protein from food and without any supplements, but recently I learned that I am not eating enough protein and I am struggling to get the amount of protein I need (~170g per day). My problem is that my parents think that whey protein powder is dangerous for some reason and I can’t seem to convince them that it’s not true.
I wanted to know if there are any studies that I can show my parents to convince them it is not dangerous, or anything I can explain to to them myself.
