I purchased one of the Rogue Parallel Landmine Handles (https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-parallel-landmine-handle) over a year ago and never really used it. I don’t have access to a pull up bar, believe it or not, so I decided to try out the parallel landmine handle for upper back GPP one day last week and really liked using it. Is this an appropriate piece of equipment to use for this purpose?
