i can’t take milk cos lactose intolerant. Are isotonic drinks bad? For example gatorade are they bad for daily consumption?
Isotonic solutions don’t necessarily have a significant carbohydrate load (but they can) and no isotonic drinks- as a broad category- aren’t “bad”.
However, it seems like you’re probably asking me if you can drink gatorade in place of milk for weight gain and the answer to that is no. There’s no protein, it’s probably not actually isotonic, and you should just eat more food.
