Would it be okay to use jump roping as steady state cardio on the Bridge? I currently started a home gym and am saving up for a echo bike but in the mean time was wondering if jumping rope would be to high impact?

If you like jumping rope, jump rope. Even if it’s “higher impact”, you’ll adapt
