The Bridge and cardio

I finally finished my NLP and I am moving onto the Bridge. I workout in my basement, with minimal “cardio” equipment and the outside weather is brutal, for example when I woke up this morning it was -12 and the high today was 7, so long story short, I rather not push or pull a prowler or go for a run outside. However, I do have boxing equipment in my basement, a heavybag, speed bag, jump ropes, and a tire and sledge hammer. . Prior to reading SS I boxed and it was my primary source of training. Would hitting the bag be to stressful and ruin my recovery? If not, should I just jump rope on my LISS days and punch the bag on my HIIT days?

It would probably be just fine after you got used to it, but I think you’d get better results with less potential conflict with your training if you had a stationary bike or something you picked up off craiglist.
