Knee position in power clean

Currently learning how to power clean without coaching.

When pulling from mid shin, once the bar passes my knees, I seem to scoop my knees under the bar before jumping into extension. I’ve seen some people online describe this as “the second knee bend”, but am I actually doing this correctly? Or should there be no “second knee bend”?

Technically, yes, there is a re-bending of the knees, though it’s not typically conscious.

Whether what you’re doing is getting closer to technical proficiency is hard to say without a video :slight_smile:
