I love training in the gym, and the 12 week strength program calls for lifting 4 days a week in the first 8 weeks - awesome. This is my 2nd or third time finishing this particular template, and around this 9th week training block I find that training only 3 days a week makes me sad.
I will run the 4 day 7 week hypertrophy next. But I’d ask is it wise to switch now? Or finish the May 2017 12 week strength program and then dive in full boogie?
