I am currently doing the Hypertrophy program and see that it requires the leg press as a required exercise. What substitutions do you recommend for those of us who do not have access to this machine in our home gym? I attempted to utilize the search feature but only found threads associated with individual training logs.

The newest hypertrophy templates in our store have a number of potential options if you don’t have a leg press:
Split squat
Bulgarian split squat
step ups
lunges
belt squat using a dip belt

Would trap bar DL’s (high or low handle) fit in with that group as a quad exercise?
It wouldn’t be in my top 5 choices, as the ROM is quite a bit lower.
