Hello!
If one day you (or one of us) went to the gym, and the squat racks were full/people were in line, what could you (or one of us) do instead to get a similar hypertrophy response? (Obviously the skill development side of things can’t be addressed)
This recently happened to me, and I ended up doing a few sets of leg curls and leg extensions. I didn’t want to not train legs at all just because squats weren’t in the cards.
What are some good substitutions for squats if every once in a while we can’t squat but have access to other equipment and machines?
