Lift substitutes for powerlifting ?

If ones comp variation is low bar and does not have access to a SSB but was aiming to replicate the movement for powerlifting training would you suggest front squats or high bar?

similarly, do you see any benefit from spoto pressing for powerlifting or would one be better of doing something like 3ct pause or even feet up bench for full rom?

I’d do high bar first.

I don’t have a strong opinion regarding spoto vs. the other options you mentioned. More an individual preference & response kind of situation.
