Exercise alternatives for Powerlifting II

Planning to use powerlifting II for my first meet prep. Best alternative to lever row? Don’t have anything to mimic this. Also, what can replace 3-0-3 squats for 10s. I absolutely hated them during the bridge and dread to do them for this block haha

You can do a lever row with just a barbell and a bench so I wouldn’t substitute that out or change the tempo squats. I promise you’ll survive :slight_smile:
