Hello -
Is it cool to do dumbbell rows instead of lever rows on Bridge 3.0? I’m wondering what advantage I would get from using a barbell other than being able to microload and being able to do the lift without having access to dumbbells if necessary.
Additionally, regarding programming and rest time - when the instructions say to do a set of 10 and rest for 3-4 minutes, does that mean do a set of 10 on each arm and THEN rest 3-4 minutes?
