Lifting and playing volleyball

Hey, I recently started my volleyball journey and I’m wondering if it would impair my recovery a lot. I still want to lift to get stronger, but I also want to have another hobby on the side of my studies. I am currently on the strength I template week 4 and have previously done hypertrophy 2 and pl 2 as well before Covid-19. I started enjoying conditioning a lot as the gym were closed and have now implemented a lot more running on the gpp days and another extra day for some light jogging. Assuming the extra running haven’t really affected my training do you think replacing volleyball with some of the gpp conditioning would do any harm on strength improvements?

I don’t think volleyball is going to have any effect on your training, especially as you adapt to it.
