Conditioning Post Strength Training

Hi All

Currently working though the 12 week strength program and have a question regarding conditioning. The program has the GPP component on seperate days to strength training which means training 6 days per week. A couple of weeks ago I started tacking some conditioning (5km on Concept 2 rower at steady state for 25 mins) after my strength training rather than on a seperate day. Do you think this method would be ok and not have too much of a negative effect on my strength training?

I think that would work just fine, Bob. The plus side is that it condenses your training into a single session and you have more down time to recover. The downside is that your sessions are longer, but overall I think it might be a wash in this situation.
