Low Back & Hip Pain Template

I have been using the hip rehab template, during the template I tweaked my low back and the pain hasn’t really gotten better, even with load management. My hip has calmed down for the most part so I got the low back pain template to start on that. My question is should I still incorporate some of the hip rehab exercises, like the copenhagen adductor exercise at the end of the sessions to keep working on my hip?

I would recommend keeping the Copenhagen exercise (and any other movements you’ve found beneficial - time permitting) in your routine, especially if you’ve been noticing improvement in symptoms. Wishing you a speedy recovery while running the low back template!

rather than start a new thread, I wondered if a question could be answered here. I purchased the hip rehab template and I’m new to barbell medicine templates. Am I understanding correctly that the intention is that I do 1 of the supplemental Rxs based on the area of my pain? I don’t do all 4 of them every week?
