Hi guys. Could you clarify wether it is possible to actually damage the spine from over arching on bench? My specific problem is that i really try and get my feet as far under the bench as possible and i think all it is doing is over-arching my lumbar spine/low back area. I get a sharp pain to the right of my spine when doing this (back of pelvis, top right). My T spine flexibikity isnt great. Thanks in advance.
You’ll be fine. If you can avoid the pain by arching a bit less, then do that.
