Low Fatigue Strength Template vs Beginner Template supplemental

I bought the low fatigue strength template. Is there any benefit to buying the beginner template for the supplemental text on health, programming and performance outcomes? Or is all of this material covered in the supplemental text included with the low fatigue strength template?

For the split squats, “15 reps” means 15 reps per leg?

There’s definitely some overlap, but much of the text is different given that the Beginner Template is more health- vs strength-focused. If you’re on the fence, maybe wait for a sale and pull the trigger then!
