Hi Doctors!
After I lift or I sit for too much I get this uncomfort around my lower back like if I could pop it it would feel better (almost like stiffnes) and I realized when I get my lower abs on a tight surface like standing on a table with my lower abs (taking my feet off the ground) and doing valsalva manuever my lower back pops, I feel this uncomfort right after I deadlift squat or overhead press too. even when doing barbell rows (mostly on bent over barbell rows, pendlay rows feel good) why is this happening? (my form is great)
it also pops when I hang and do valsalva manuever, anything that takes pressure off my spine with taking gravity out of occasion makes my lower back pop when I valsalva.(just like anywhere else popping I can’t pop it twice in a row after some time passes and I have some amount of mechanical loading at my spine it can pop again)
I also tried to pull with a rounded upper back because there is like a pit in my lumbar spine (I don’t know if it’s herniated disk I got some symptoms before in my left leg but I managed it and it’s gone now) when I round my upper back (I don’t round my lumbar just the upper) that pit goes away and I feel like my lumbar spine is what it should look like and when I pull like that I have no lower back pain, maybe it’s because I can squeeze my abs better when I round my upper back?
I even tried cable rows where you just sit and I still had the pain and the pop after I lifted that way.
