Hey Ive just finished an 8 week strength block of my training and increased my PRs pretty significantly but also gained about 6KG, some lean body mass and some not so lean body mass. I wanted to go into a conditioning block that will help me lose some weight and the easiest way I find to do that is via intermittent fasting.
Just wondering if there is a higher chance of losing strength with IF as opposed to regular dieting when trying to maintain a caloric deficit and what i could do to minimise strength loss?
