I noticed cardio activities jump to 3x a week in the Medium ISF template and then 4x a week in a couple of weeks. So looking for slots to do them. My primary activity is limited to 12K steps a day (walks in the morning) and running this template.
Looking at the time workouts take it looks like doubling up on the GPP days is the way to go–they’d still be ~ an hour if I did a LISS and a HIIT session on a day, or to use my off day for one and split the difference on another 2 days.
Basically it feels imbalanced to work out < 30 minutes one day and then 2 hours the next and my preference would be to spread it out. Any recommendations/suggestions?
