I have a couple of pairs of Metcon 4s. I think I read where you do not recommend these as a deadlift shoe. My alternatives for now are heels (Romaleos) or socks. I ran the Bridge 3.0 in heels, but would like to try flats for my 12 week strength run. Would you recommend the Metcons, socks, or something else (reasonably priced)?
You can deadlift in them if you want to. I’m not sure we ever recommended to not pull in them specifically. If you’re between metcons, socks, or lifting shoes, I’d pull in metcons. Pretty sure I’ve pulled in some metcons before ![]()
