Mid and Lower Trap pain when DB Benching.

Hi BBM Team,

Lately I’ve been noticing some mid and lower trap pain on the right trap when DB Benching only. One thing that has changed from before would be switching over to mixed grip on Conventional deads after primarily doing only Hookgrip for almost ever, with this at same time I’ve noticed my right Lat are noticiably more developed than left, which has also led to over tucking on left side when benching which leads to frequent Pec strains.

Should I be focusing on doing more Unilateral work to try to balance out these both sides? Visually they seem significantly different on each side, and this difference has been very recent, and i don’t recall seeing this difference between left and right 6 months ago. For Overtucking on 1 side, Ive been able to consciously make an effort to reduce it a little, however i cannot do the same anytime weight goes over 90%, is there any remedy outside of trying to consciously fix it?
