Hi all, I’ve noticed my left trap and shoulder are higher than my right. I’ve addressed this with stretching out the left trap and single shrugs on my right trap. Additionally my right shoulder used to be significantly rotated forward, Ive seen a chiropractor and worked on this with various stretches and mysofacial release (the cause I think being in Norway for 6 months hiking every other week) my biggest question is this: I’ve noticed some shooting pain down my left arm, resting in my bicep all the way down to my thumb, irritation in both anterior deltoids and my right shoulder has some crunching when I do the infamous rotator cuff warmup with a 5lb plate. Thoughts?
