Day 1:
Squat with belt:
60 kg 4 reps @ 7, 5 reps @ 8, 7 reps @10
Bench:
45 Kg 9 reps @ 8, 50 Kg 5 reps @ 9 6 reps at 10
Did 7 reps with the last rep with terrible form.
Deadlift:
Rdl 60 kg 10. @ 8,. 70 kg 5 @ 10
Deadlift 80 kg 4 @ 8 but back rounding after one rep Half sumo deadlift:. 90 kg 2 @9 but back rounding on both reps.
Couldn’t judge rpe properly but I hope I improve on that.
