Hi! I am doing the beginner template. I think my conditioning is so poor that after doing 10 rep squats or 8 rep deadlifts, performance of every exercise after that gets affected. I tried doing Hip thrusts one of the days instead of deadlifts and even then I am so out of breadth and feel like I finished a HIIT workout. Please tell me how to improve my conditioning and how to modify the beginner template till then. Thank you

Sounds like the beginner template is challenging you in unique ways! I have full confidence you’ll adapt and get better at these tasks in the coming weeks. In the interim, I would not modify the program at all, as the absolute performance during any of these workouts is of tertiary concern. Keep at it- you’ll get better soon!

I have never seen high level coaches or athletes responding to individual doubts and problems. Thank you for responding and creating this forum. I will continue to do the template.
