Hi guys, my sister is 17 years old and has recently started strength training plans, more specifically the bridge. she has a lot of lower back pain, and complains very specifically while doing squats. I thought that initially it could just be the sore muscle, however she continues to complain a lot and it gets to the point of not being able to train anymore given the difficulty in lowering herself.
what do you advise her to do at this time?
